Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “since 1891” Aged

Hidden among memories and dusty papers in an attic, an old family recipe reveals itself…
“Since 1891” is born: a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena reminiscent of the flavours and fragrances of times gone by. Careful selection of the grapes, special cooking of the musts and ageing for over three years in fine barriques make “since 1891” a dense and velvety product. Ideal for enhancing mature cheeses, filled pasta, but also fruit salads, yoghurt and ice cream.
