Fuori di Taste – Florence

Friday 10th March, Aceto del Duca was one of the protagonists of “RiSfida”, a tasty challenge among two types of rice combined with culinary excellences: chef Massimiliano Catizzone of Caffè Florian prepared a menù with ‘Carnaroli 100% of RisoDuomo’ and ‘RePerso dell’Agricola Lodigiana’ with “dal 1891” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena del Duca, chili pepper ‘Peperita’, jams ‘Pure Stagioni’ and the chocolate of ‘Fonderia del Cacao’.
