On May 25, a group of American food bloggers visited the company, thanks to the project “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the Original” organized by the Consortium for the Protection of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. At the end of the tour, the chef Daniele Reponi was waiting for the bloggers in the ancient Grosoli’s acetaia for a unique cooking experience. The chef, famous for gourmet sandwiches, accompanied them through a narration and storytelling tour related to the origin of the typical products of the area of Modena, that were used for filling the sandwiches. The apparently hasty pairings resulted to be great combinations of tastes and the bloggers had the chance to prepare and eat their own sandwiches, garnishing them with a few drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which was the real protagonist of the day.
