On August 23, Aceto del Duca took part in the most exclusive gastronomic competition in the “noble sands” of Forte dei Marmi. The precious bottle of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Extra-old, one of the most coveted award, went to the jewels manufacturer Chiara Voliani and to her dish “Onion Flan”. An event in which haute cuisine met family preparations and the Balsamic Vinegar is always the common denominator both among starred and family chefs. The participation of the super-chef Davide Oldani and the true icon of the made in Italy in the US, Tony May, made the event a memorable one.
