The Italian tour organized by the Italian Historic Companies Union, a prestigious association of which Aceto Balsamico del Duca is also a member, stopped at the vinegar factory with a delegation of Japanese entrepreneurs from Spirit of Shinisé, to discover the secrets of balsamic. Alessandra and Mariangela Grosoli conducted the visit personally, as representatives of the tradition handed down from father to son and of a company that preserves ancient knowledge, adapting and renewing it day by day, in order to meet consumers’ needs. The tour of the Japanese delegation continued with a visit to the historic Carpené Malvolti winery, in the province of Treviso, where Mariangela ed Alessandra also celebrated the company’s 150th anniversary, as guests of the exquisite hospitality of Mrs. Rosanna Carpenè.
