ACETAIE APERTE IS BACK

We look forward to seeing you at Acetaie Aperte on Sunday 29th  September from 10 am to 6 pm at our premises in Via Medicine 2110, 41057 San Vito di Spilamberto (MO). A lot of activities on the balsamic world are waiting for you!

Acetaie Aperte is an event entirely dedicated to the Black Gold of Modena, organised by Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico di Modena and Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena. The aim is to promote the culture of this precious food, with its centuries-old history.

What awaits you – the Programme:

– Tour of the company and cellar with final tasting, every hour from 10 am to 5 pm
Reservation recommended.

– Guided tastings of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with an AIB Certified Taster: at 11:30 am, 3 pm and 4:30 pm. An absolute must!
Upon reservation only. 

– For all participants, tasting of typical local food: gnocco fritto and Prosciutto di Modena PDO!

– Opportunity to purchase unique products in our shop.

Bring your children with you! Little ones can entertain themselves in our play area. It’s never too early to discover Balsamic Vinegar of Modena!
