Il Duca at Taste 2025 and “Five Friends Outside Taste”
From February 8th to 10th, we will participate in the 2025 edition of Taste, the exclusive fair dedicated to the finest culinary excellence, held at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence.
We will be there to share the centuries-old tradition behind every drop of our Aceto Balsamico di Modena, and to give you the opportunity to discover and taste our prized products, recognized internationally for their quality.
It will be a unique occasion to immerse yourself in the world of taste and celebrate Italian gastronomic excellence together.

On Sunday, February 9th, from 7:00 PM, the event “Cinque Amici Fuori di Taste” (lit. “Five Friends Outside Taste”) will take place, where Aceto Balsamico del Duca will offer a tasting aperitif of typical products alongside four other producers from across Italy: Veneto, Tuscany, Puglia, Sicily, and Emilia-Romagna.
The event will be held in the splendid setting of Palazzo Portinari Salviati, where Beatrice, Dante’s muse, once lived, celebrating Italian excellence in a gastronomic dialogue that blends diverse worlds and flavors.
The aperitif will take place at the Michelin-starred restaurant “ATTO di Vito Mollica”, where the chef will create a series of dishes for an audience composed of entrepreneurs, top clients, importers, buyers, and press, using ingredients from the five participating producers.
