🇮🇹 L’assaggio è il momento per noi più atteso: dopo un lungo affinamento in pregiate botti di rovere, è ora di scoprire che emozioni ci regaleranno le prime gocce del nostro Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP.
Da un'antica ricetta di famiglia, che richiama i sapori e i profumi di un tempo, si ottiene il nostro “dal 1891”. Un prodotto denso e vellutato, dalle spiccate note fruttate, consigliato a crudo per esaltare deliziose insalate, verdure cotte e torte salate.

🇬🇧 The tasting is the most awaited moment for us: after a long aging phase in fine oak barrels, it is time to discover what emotions the first drops of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will arouse in us.
From an ancient family recipe, reminiscent of the flavors and aromas of the past, we obtain our "since 1891." A thick and velvety product with distinct fruity notes, that we recommend using raw to enhance delicious salads, cooked vegetables and quiches.
