On March 19, 2018, during the celebrating dinner Best Plate Challenge, the italian chef Michela Bottasso prepared a special Tartare of “Piedmont Fassona” with the Duke’s Balsamic in the menu of the event. The evening was held at Tenuta di Artimino near Florence.
